Eggs can be harvested from 'Ragnarok' and 'Valguero' map from nests found on the map.

You cannot tame a Wyvern.

On 'The Island" map

Wyvern Fire egg, can be harvested from;

A Fire Wyvern

Eggs can be harvested from 'Ragnarok' and 'Valguero' map from nests found on the map.

You cannot tame a Wyvern.

On 'The Island' map

You can harvest a poison Wyvern egg from;

Poison Wyvern

Eggs can be harvested from 'Ragnarok' and 'Valguero' map from nests found on the map.

You cannot tame a Wyvern.

On 'The Island' map

You can harvest a Lightning Wyvern Egg from;

Eggs can be harvested from 'Ragnarok' and 'Valguero' map from nests found on the map.

You cannot tame a Rock Drake.

Just kill a Rock Drake on either 'The Island' map or 'Ragnarok' map and collect the egg from its inventory.

A Basilisk will give you a none fertilizes egg.
